Dear Students,

 

Welcome to third grade.  I am so excited that you will be in my classroom this year.  My name is Mrs. Megan Krot and I will be your third grade teacher.  I cannot wait to meet you the first day of school.  Relax and get ready to start a fabulous year in third grade!

 

I have been teaching in the Susquehanna School District for 18 years.  I have taught fourth grade and third grade.  I graduated from Shippensburg University with a B.S. in Elementary Education and received my master's degree in Teaching and Curriculum from Penn State University.  I am married and have two daughters, Ellerie and Avery.  Ellerie is a competitive gymnast and Avery is a competitive cheerleader so I am a very busy mom on the weekends.  I also have two dogs named Truman and Maxi.  They also keep me very busy. You will hear a great deal about my daughters and my dogs this school year. 

 

Third grade will be full of fun and excitement.  We will have a bank in our classroom: The Krot Krinkle Bank, we will read many books, and learn new and exciting things!
